About Natalie
I became a yoga teacher because it would allow me the freedom to travel the world and get different experiences working in different cultures. I absolutely love coaching and teaching and I believe that spreading the word of yoga is a calling that I’ll continue to do until my body won’t let me anymore!

I specialize in beginner hatha yoga and restorative yoga. Beginner yoga is as the name would suggest, for beginners, involves basic movements, a warm up and cool down, and typically lasts 60 minutes. Restorative yoga class involves staying in a position for 1 to 5 minutes, doing a lot of deep breathing and is typically a 90 minute class that ends with 5 to 10 minutes of shavasana.
My sessions take you away from everything outside the door with a mix of music, asanas (yoga poses) that feel great and small groups for focused attention on you for every asana :)
