About Aman
I am someone whose life was deeply changed by yoga — not just physically, but mentally and spiritually. There was a time when I was searching for clarity, balance, and meaning in my life. It was through the ancient wisdom of yoga that I found my strength, peace, and purpose. I didn’t come to yoga just to learn postures or techniques. I came looking for myself. And through this journey, I realized how powerful it can be when practiced with the right mindset and heart. That’s why I want to share this knowledge — because I know what it feels like to be lost, to feel stuck, or disconnected. And I also know how beautiful it feels when you finally start to reconnect with yourself, your body, your breath, and your purpose. I believe yoga is not something to be kept for oneself. It’s a light meant to be passed on. I teach because I genuinely care about seeing people grow, heal, and discover their true potential — not just on the mat, but in every part of their lives. If even one person can feel the peace and clarity I’ve found through this path, then my work has meaning

I don’t just teach technique, I guide transformation. You’ll discover your own inner strength and learn how to carry this peace, power, and clarity into every part of your life.
