About Linda

With 20 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialise in guiding high school and college students to achieve fluency, accuracy, and confidence in English. My lessons are highly personalised, designed to align with the student’s learning style, goals, and academic level.

I integrate grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, reading, and listening exercises with interactive activities and real-life examples, making learning practical and meaningful. I focus not only on academic achievement but also on building communication skills and self-assurance.

Over the years, I have successfully helped students improve fluency, excel in exams, and confidently express themselves in both classroom and real-life situations.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is guided by Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is nurtured through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based exercises that encourage students to explore English imaginatively and express themselves confidently.

Communication is emphasised through discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that build fluency, comprehension, and confidence in practical communication. Compassion ensures lessons are student-centred, personalised, and supported with guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback throughout the learning journey.

Problem-solving is integrated through scenario-based exercises, real-life applications, and analytical challenges that allow learners to apply English skills practically while developing critical thinking abilities. I also teach complementary subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment to provide holistic learning.

This methodology develops learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying English effectively in diverse contexts.
