About Luca

With a decade of experience teaching ESL to high school and college students, I am committed to helping learners improve English proficiency, build confidence, and achieve academic and personal success.

My teaching style is personalised and student-centred, focusing on each learner’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I combine structured lessons in grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking with interactive activities, discussions, and real-life examples to ensure learning is practical and engaging.

I create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel confident to participate, ask questions, and learn at their own pace. Over the years, I have successfully helped students improve fluency, academic performance, and communication skills, empowering them to succeed in both school and everyday life.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology revolves around Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is promoted through interactive storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning, allowing students to explore language and express themselves imaginatively.

Communication is emphasised through discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that build fluency, listening skills, and comprehension. Compassion ensures lessons are tailored to individual needs, providing support, guidance, and encouragement throughout the learning process.

Problem-solving is integrated via scenario-based exercises, analytical tasks, and practical challenges, enabling students to use English logically and effectively. I also teach related subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary enrichment to provide a complete learning experience.

This approach develops learners who are confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of applying English successfully in diverse contexts.
