Hello, I'm Ananya, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for chemistry with you. With a Master's degree in Chemistry and over four years of teaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.

My journey into the captivating world of chemistry began with a deep-seated fascination for the intricate workings of matter and its interactions.

As I delved deeper into the subject during my undergraduate studies, I discovered a particular interest in biochemistry, fascinated by the complex chemical processes that underpin life itself.

Additionally, my exploration of food chemistry opened my eyes to the fascinating ways in which chemistry influences the flavors, textures, and nutritional qualities of the food we consume.

About the lesson

This fascination led me to pursue specialized education in biochemistry, where I explored the molecular mechanisms behind biological phenomena, from enzyme kinetics to DNA replication.

Through hands-on experiments and research projects, I gained insights into food preservation techniques, flavor development, and the impact of processing methods on food composition.

My academic journey also exposed me to various other branches of chemistry, including organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry, each offering its own unique insights into the nature of matter and energy.
