About Manoj

I am a seasoned Network and Security Consultant with over 15 years of hands-on experience across leading global organisations Throughout my career, I have worked extensively within large-scale service providers, enterprise data centers, and complex campus networks. My professional journey has allowed me to engage directly in every phase of IT infrastructure - from planning and designing to implementation, documentation, operations, and on-site engagements. I’ve successfully led both project-based initiatives and BAU operations, ensuring seamless outcomes, performance, and security across critical environments.

As an active CCIE-certified professional, I bring not only technical expertise but also a passion for mentoring and guidance. Over the years, I have trained and guided engineers, working professionals, and individuals from other domains, and mostly job-seekers, helping them build strong, job-ready skills in real-world network and security practices.

My name is Manoj, and I am a Cisco Certified Network Consultant (CCIE #44538). Over the years, I have worked extensively with medium and large-scale enterprise environments, including data centers, campus networks, branch offices, and network security infrastructures. My experience spans network design, implementation, operations, troubleshooting, and security across real-world enterprise environments. I am passionate about sharing this knowledge with individuals who want to build a successful career in networking and network security. Whether you are a student, a recent graduate, an IT professional looking to advance your skills, or someone planning a career transition into technology, there is a learning path for you. Current Courses Available:

- Regular pace course ( $70 hourly) to build strong foundation right from the beginning mostly to cater who are new to this industry or from other domains. This class can be shared with other students at similar level. The goal would be empowering students with Network & Security technologies- foundation to advance and make them ready for the first job hunt in industry as early as possible while they sharpen their skillsets

-Dedicated technology courses as below who are already in industry and quickly willing to capitalise after building their knowledge and skills. This is dedicated technology class but may be shared with others.

7-8pm 3x weekdays (could be shared upto 5 students)

3 hrs class weekend (upto 5 students)

One to one dedicated class available on request. No hidden charges.

Trial class - 45 mins

Above will continue until course is finished. It will take approximately 3-6 months for a course to finish based on progress and approach.
