With an extensive experience in tutoring high school students in Biology, I am confident that Ipsita Banerjee would  prove to be a great teacher on this platform as well. During our time together in B.Ed., I have had the opportunity to see her teach and it would not be an overstatement to say that she does stand out with great teaching qualities. Ipsita Banerjee has been a very dedicated, hard working and caring teacher i have been around. She has excellent hold on her subject and takes additional, innovative measures to teach her students the nits and grits of her subject. She tries to understand the psyche of her students and tries to innculcate newer ways to streamline it just for the students' better understanding. She knows her work and will take the extra work to reach out to her students.

Takes care of the children in a very good manner.Weekly she takes exams to know and understand the problems among the kids.She does continous followups eith the guardians.
