About John
- I achieved 4 A*-A (Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Biology) at A Level, and I am a recent graduate from The University of Edinburgh with a Masters in Chemical Engineering. If I had to pick a subject, I would say that I love Maths especially - I took GCSE Maths two years early at the age of 14, achieving 94%.
- I want to teach students that learning Maths, Chemistry and Physics doesn't have to be boring and can even be fun! Improving your understanding of these subjects is valuable for daily life and can open doors to good university courses and many rewarding (not to mention well-paid) careers.

- I teach GCSE and A Level Maths, Chemistry and Physics. Lessons are 60 minutes long.
- I introduce each topic with background, context and everyday examples. This explains why the subject matters, which I find gets students much more interested than immediately jumping into the theory.
- Following that I tackle some example questions with the student, gradually letting them take the lead before they can solve problems independently.
