I generally assume that the student has come to me to understand the subject and if he/she is not grasping the concept then i have to make it more simple till he/she understands it. I believe that once a student has acquired good understanding of basics then all higher concepts will sail through his/her mind easily, that's why i give emphasis on making basics clear first no matter how much time it takes because after that learning becomes easy, fast and most importantly fun.
