About PRIYANKA
Hello! I’m an experienced educator with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and professional experience in school education, learning support, inclusive education and child development.
I believe every learner has a unique way of understanding and expressing themselves. My approach is patient, personalized and skill-focused, with sessions designed around the learner’s individual strengths, needs and goals.
I teach English and Phonics to children aged 4–12 and Psychology to learners aged 12 through undergraduate level. Whether it is building early reading skills, strengthening English foundations or developing a deeper understanding of Psychology, I aim to make learning engaging, meaningful and confidence-building.
My goal is to create a comfortable learning space where students feel encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, think independently and grow at their own pace.

My Teaching Approach
My approach is learner-centered, personalized and skill-focused. I first understand the learner’s current level, strengths and areas that need support, and then structure each session around a clear learning goal.
I use interactive activities, practical examples, visual resources, guided practice and discussion to make learning meaningful and engaging. For English and Phonics, I focus on building strong foundations through phonemic awareness, decoding, reading, vocabulary and communication. For Psychology, I focus on conceptual clarity, real-life application, critical thinking and academic answer-writing.
A typical class includes a quick recap, focused skill/concept exploration, guided practice, independent application and reflection. The pace and strategies are adapted to each learner rather than following a fixed teaching method.
What makes my classes different is my background in Clinical Psychology, school education, learning support and inclusive education. This helps me understand individual learning needs and create a supportive environment where learners can build both skills and confidence.
Classes are intended for:
English & Phonics: Children aged 4–12
Psychology: Learners aged 12 through undergraduate level
My goal is not simply to help learners complete a syllabus, but to help them understand, practice and confidently apply what they learn.
