About Mansi
Hi, my name is Mansi Singhal, and I have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and technical program management. I hold a Master’s in Computer Science and have certifications in AWS Cloud and Python for Data Science & Machine Learning. Professional Experience: I recently worked as a Technical Program Manager at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where I led cross-functional teams to develop scalable data solutions for a UK banking group. My work involved: - Designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures leveraging AWS and SQL-based solutions. - Developing dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for KPI tracking, financial risk assessment, and decision-making. - Managing data governance programs to ensure compliance and security. - Collaborating with engineering teams to optimize ETL pipelines and cloud infrastructure. Currently, I’m a Coding Instructor at Coding with Kids, where I teach Python, Scratch, game development, and robotics to students aged 5-15. My teaching approach focuses on hands-on learning, real-world projects, and interactive coding challenges. Technical Skills: I have expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight), SQL, AWS Cloud, Python (Pandas, NumPy), ETL, and business analytics. Additionally, I have strong program management skills, including Agile methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration. What Sets Me Apart: My ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business insights makes me stand out. I combine data analytics, cloud computing, and AI/ML expertise with strong communication and leadership skills to drive impactful solutions. Conclusion: I’m passionate about leveraging data to solve business challenges, mentoring future tech professionals, and building scalable, automated solutions. I look forward to opportunities where I can apply my skills to create data-driven innovations.

My Teaching Method and Techniques
I use a project-based, interactive, and hands-on approach to teaching. My lessons emphasize real-world applications, allowing students to build their own projects, such as personal games, maze-ready robots, and interactive dashboards. I integrate:
1. Hands-on Coding & Visualization – Students engage with Python, Scratch, and Robotics by building real projects.
2. Interactive Learning – Weekly trivia sessions on technology trends keep students engaged.
3. Tailored Lesson Plans – I adapt lessons to different learning styles, ensuring comprehension through creative coding projects.
4. Parental Involvement– At the end of each session, I provide presentations to parents about the concepts covered and their child’s progress.
A Typical Lesson Plan
Each session is designed to gradually build knowledge and skills:
1. Introduction (10-15 min)– Recap of previous concepts, introduction to new topic, discussion on real-world applications.
2. Hands-on Practice (30 min)– Guided coding exercises, project development, interactive problem-solving.
3. Creative Exploration (15 min)– Students apply concepts to their own projects, customizing code and experimenting.
4. Trivia & Discussion (10 min) – Fun quiz on emerging tech trends, group discussions to reinforce learning.
5. Wrap-Up & Parent Engagement – Summarize key takeaways, preview next lesson, and update parents on student progress.
What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor
1. Diverse Experience – I have taught over 100 students (ages 5-15) in coding, web development, data analysis, and robotics.
2. Industry Expertise – My background as a Technical Program Manager at Tata Consultancy Services gives me real-world insights into cloud computing, data analytics, and business intelligence.
3. Project-Based Learning – I focus on building real projects rather than just theoretical knowledge, keeping students engaged.
4. Cross-Disciplinary Skills – I integrate Python, SQL, AWS, and data visualization techniques, bridging the gap between software development and business intelligence.
