About Mahek
Hello! My name is Mahek, and I’m a counseling psychologist with over four years of experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working in both school and NGO settings, focusing on anxiety, depression, and the mental health challenges faced by individuals from diverse backgrounds, including marginalized communities.
I want to share my knowledge because I’ve seen firsthand how powerful psychology can be in improving lives. I believe that understanding psychological concepts can help people not only in their academic pursuits but also in their personal growth and everyday interactions.
