About MICHAEL
BROWARD COLLEGE 2013 –Present
As Adjunct Professor in the business school’s Supply Chain Management Group I have taught blended classroom face to face and online materials in Supply Chain Management These courses cover basics of SCM as well as organizational development, operations, and strategic management. I also participated in the LINCS program developing SCM materials and advised on interactive materials; this included the blended courses. Part of in my teaching responsibilities has been delivering the Supply Chain Management course at the URBAN LEAGUE in Fort Lauderdale and Broward college business consulting. During my time at BC, I additionally have served on the Adjunct Task Force at BC and currently serve as Chair of SCM Advisory Committee. (concealed information)

Master’s degree in Business Administration, extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of international management, the development and cross cultural implementation of systems and technologies in multicultural environments and general operations. I have thirteen years of classroom and online teaching experience in two higher education institutions, assisting in administration and preparation of materials and programs for graduate and undergraduate students. As team leader have coordinated and developed various organizations from their design, personnel recruiting/selection, creating training programs for long term cross disciplinary results and employee retention, while setting up monitoring/evaluation systems. Vastly experienced in business development, key opportunity identification, financial analysis/control, vessel husbandry, quality assurance, overall supply chain management, small industry, light manufacturing, commercial borrowing and funding business opportunities. Highly experienced in foreign multinational site operations while living and working seven countries and temporary assignments in another fourteen. I have represented the interests of transnational, Fortune 500 and NGOs both foreign and local entities. I have managed operating budgets of several million dollars a day and over 1,300 indirect reports company personnel. I am fully bilingual English/Spanish and knowledge of French, and Portuguese.
