About Mandy
I have an impressive educational background and professional experience. With a bachelor's degree in psychology, master's degree in teaching, and another master's degree in applied behavior analysis, I have a strong foundation in understanding human behavior and learning. My post-graduate classes in executive function deficits and interventions further demonstrate my commitment in supporting individuals with diverse needs.
With 18 years of teaching experience, combined with knowledge of sensory needs and proactive behavior support, I am a valuable asset in educational settings. I have a well-rounded understanding of how to create supportive and effective learning environments for students with various learning profiles.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) and hold a professional teaching license in Tennessee.

I use an integrated cognitive behavioral approach to learning and shaping executive function skills. My lessons and approach focus on strengthening verbal and nonverbal working memory which augment focus and sustained attention. Subsequent lessons focus on planning and prioritizing tasks, task initiation and completion, organization and time management.
