About Gabriela

I am an experienced painter. I studied Art Conservation and Restoration and Art Methods. I have been teaching since 2008 to all ages and levels in USA and internationally. I have helped students to develop their visual language in painting.

About the lesson

We start with some warm up exercises, for the students to become confident and familiar with the art supplies. We can start sketching for ideas if you have a project in mind or if you like to go through the fundamentals, we can cover basic fundamental elements of art. I am very supportive and encouraging, and also patient and dynamic. We can discover art together! We do not make mistakes, just happy accident as famous artist Bob Ross used to say.

He quickly achieves progress and has shown ability to find autonomous solutions when experimenting with the watercolors. Perfect! I just spent a wonderful hour having my first lesson with Gabriela. She inspired me with her cheerfulness and her philosophy about art and the act of creating. Then we did some really fun exercises. I'm very excited about this class.

Anne is very talented and has a great potential for the arts! She is currently working on beautiful compositions, that I was very impressed by.
