About Anuradha
I have experience working with high school students through teaching them maths and science courses for ten years. I started teaching to support my family financially, but I realised how passionate I was to make a change in young minds through my knowledge sharing. My previous work experience in quality management systems also allowed me to train people about the standards, quality policy and procedures to ensure the whole staff complies with established standards. This experience helped me improve my patience, adaptability, and leadership skills. Combined with my degree in technology, I aim to use these skills to make a change in young minds.
