About Razika

I have a BSc in Physiology and have worked in many professions particularly clinical research. My passion is Science and English Literature.
I am an experienced tutor and really love my classes as it allows me to speak to a range of students and share my knowledge and experience. I am a very talkative person that can easily relate to people as I have travelled to many countries and worked with people from around the world. I have taught over a thousand students and always maintained a good and professional relationship with them. They have always reached their potential and gone on to achieve the next stage in their educational or career pathways. I am a very friendly and happy person and look forward to supporting you on your educational journey.

About the lesson

My belief is that every student is an individual and deserves their own tailor made plan for their education. I provide a tailor made lesson plan with customised lesson notes and exam questions. It is important to create a strong base knowledge of a subject before building and developing the understanding. I have over 10 years of tuition experience and have developed a key strategy in ensuring that students push the barriers of their potential. I have a BSc in Physiology and MSc in Neurological sciences. I spend 60% of each lesson going through content and ensuring that the student understands what is being taught, then the remaining 40% will be spent going through questions to solidify understanding. It is essential that we also focus on exam technique as this is key in ensuring high grades. The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour to 90 minutes however this can be adjusted according to the students timetable and preference. I mostly support students in KS3 through to A level, supporting school and university entrance exams but I also have supported students from KS1 onwards.

Razika has taught both of my children and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My son has ADHD and really struggled at school especially with Maths and Science. With Razika’s help he passed his GCSEs in both subjects which I feel he would not have managed without her. My children have said that with Razika they feel that anything they don’t understand in class is made clear with her. I have seen massive improvements with both of my children and I feel that they have excelled under her tuition and guidance.
