About Matthew
I am a certified math teacher in New York State. I have worked in public schools for 5+ years teaching middle school math. I also have an undergrad in mathematics as well as a masters in mathematics education, teaching grades 6 to 12. I have experience working with many different types of students, including those with special needs.

I have experience teaching many different focuses in mathematics which include algebra, geometry, statistics and general middle school mathematics. I also can help prep for mathematics in the SAT. My goal is to engage students in mathematics in a way that shows them how mathematics can be useful in the real world.
