About Sushmita
I myself have spent a lot of time in interacting with students while teaching them, guiding them. During this what I realized was that students have more emphasis on mugging up things rather than understanding concepts and which makes their future journey challenging. At some point even I faced the same problem and so I came out of this and got all necessary concepts clarified first and then went for learning advanced concepts.

Teaching style is funnel down method where initially enough time is spent to build base and then advanced concepts are taught. I believe and have seen results when the concepts are clear and confident then learning and retaining advanced concepts becomes easy.
