About Luc
I am a Masters student in bio-psychology (psychology with neuroscience). I have first hand experience carrying out psychological research so I feel I can make psychological research methods interesting (big claim... I know) I’m really passionate about the subject but don’t have much experience in tutoring, I will try my best to get you top grades and cultivate an interest in this great subject through hard work and a commitment to your academic growth. I achieved A*AA at a-level and will hopefully be able to share some study tips to get you to excel in your studies. We will use to psychology to study psychology in the most efficient way.

The more semantic meaning and the deeper you understand a topic conceptually, the better your memory. Our lessons will focus on a mixture of PowerPoints, discussion, debate, essay planning. Their will be no reading the textbook, forcing of the use of flash cards or endless research methods. The lessons will be engaging and mentally challenging as they will focus around discussion of the topic rather than spoon feeding of content, this will mean you will need a solid understanding and will allow for deeper consolidation of the knowledge. A deep conceptual understanding of psychology is required to reach the top grades and that’s how the teaching will be structured.
