About Mary
I'm a nurse with a Master's in nursing education. I'm a foody and love to cook. and live to eat. My husband of 31 years, eats to live and is gluten sensitive. We're discovering new ways to shop, cook and eat out. Our goal is to enjoy life and be better stewards of our health.

I'm a visual learner but will work to meet the student's learning style. I like variety and strive to avoid boring them. The important thing is to find out what's in your head. I'll listen. My style is to be "a guide on the side, not a sage on the stage."
