About Sanchit

I am a licensed architect with 7+ years of experience
and a portfolio spanning 150+ projects across four
countries — India, Australia, Nepal, and the USA.

My professional background includes senior roles at
DLF and Bharti Real Estate — two of India's most
prestigious real estate developers — where I managed
premium commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments
from concept through to construction handover.

Academic qualifications:
► Master of Project Management (Complex Systems) —
University of Adelaide (current)
► Master of Architecture (Urban Design) —
Chandigarh College of Architecture
► Bachelor of Architecture —
K.R. Mangalam University

My experience spans every stage of the architectural
process — from initial site analysis and concept
design through to construction documentation,
contractor coordination, and project delivery.

I have worked across retail, commercial, residential,
hospitality, and healthcare typologies — giving me
a genuinely broad and deep understanding of
architecture in practice.

As a current University of Adelaide student, I
understand the pressures and expectations that
architecture students face — and I bring real
professional context to every lesson.

I am passionate about helping students develop
not just technical skills but the design thinking
and professional judgment that will serve them
throughout their careers.

About the lesson

I am a licensed architect with 7+ years of professional
experience delivering complex projects across retail,
commercial, residential, hospitality, and healthcare
sectors across India, Australia, Nepal, and the USA.

My teaching approach is rooted in real professional
practice. I teach architecture the way it is actually
done — not just theory, but the thinking, the process,
and the judgment that separates good design from
great design.

What I cover:
► Architectural design fundamentals — space planning,
circulation, form and function
► Technical drawing — floor plans, elevations,
sections, construction details
► Design development — from concept sketch to
developed design
► Site analysis and contextual design thinking
► Presentation and communication of design ideas
► Portfolio development for university applications
and job applications

Lessons are typically 60-90 minutes, tailored
completely to your current level and goals.

Who this is for:
► Architecture students at any university level
► Students preparing for architecture school
applications
► Interior design students wanting stronger
architectural foundations
► Working professionals transitioning into
architecture or design

I currently study at the University of Adelaide
so I understand exactly what local students need
to succeed both academically and professionally.
