About Walt
My name is Walter, but you can call me Walt. I have taught for 9 years as both a private tutor and a classroom teacher. I've always loved math. I achieved an 800 on the math SAT and went on to study mathematics at the University of Puget Sound. I am a "self taught" software developer. I've created websites, games, and simulations. I play guitar and write silly songs. Teaching brings me so much joy. Glad to be here.

I believe that we grow most when we do things that challenge us, and Math and CS are full of challenges.
