About Maksimovvnagul

Hi! I’m Gulnur, a dedicated Mathematics and Physics student with a strong academic background and a passion for helping others understand mathematics.

I study at a specialized Physics and Mathematics Lyceum and maintain a 5.0/5.0 GPA. I also scored 690 on the real SAT Math section and regularly achieved 780–800 on practice tests, so I have strong experience with both school mathematics and SAT-style problems.

My lessons are focused on practice. Instead of spending most of the time on theory, we solve problems from textbooks, practice books, and exam materials together. I explain difficult concepts clearly, help students understand their mistakes, and gradually teach them how to approach problems independently.

I work with middle and high school students who want to improve their grades, strengthen their mathematical foundation, prepare for exams, or get started with SAT Math. My goal is to make mathematics less intimidating and help every student feel more confident with each lesson.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is strongly focused on practice. I believe that the best way to improve in mathematics is to solve problems and learn from your mistakes, rather than spending most of the lesson memorizing theory. I explain the concept briefly and clearly, and then we immediately apply it to different types of problems.

During lessons, we mainly solve exercises from textbooks, practice books, and exam materials. I guide the student through difficult problems, explain different ways to approach them, and gradually encourage them to solve similar problems independently.

A typical lesson starts with a quick review of the previous topic and checking any questions the student has. Then we move directly to practice: solving problems together, identifying mistakes, and working on more challenging exercises. At the end, we review the most important points and decide what needs more practice.

What sets me apart is my strong academic background. I study at a specialized Physics and Mathematics Lyceum, have a 5.0/5.0 GPA, and have a strong focus on mathematics and physics. I scored 690 on the real SAT Math section and regularly achieved 780–800 on practice tests, so I can also help students prepare for the SAT.

My lessons are suitable for middle and high school students who want to improve their grades, strengthen their mathematical foundation, prepare for school exams, or study for the SAT.
