About Shashikant
I've been teaching for the past two years, and my goal is to become a professor. For this, I am training myself by teaching different types of students. Currently, I am a last-year BCA student, and I have enough knowledge to share with my younger ones in the fields of math , science, and computer science. Also, I have two years of expertise in this field, and I clearly know how to simplify any topic so that it can be easily learned by anyone without being bored.

My teaching sessions were mostly interactive lectures type with real-world examples related to that age group. I divide my session into three parts: In the first 10–15 minutes, I ask about or check the last session work and also clear doubts, if they have any. After this, there's a 35–40 minute explanation session, and the last 5–10 minutes were the doubt session, next session overview, and task session. This changes according to the student. I have 2 years of offline experience, and I clearly know that all students cannot be taught with one technique, I modify my technique and myself ,so that they can learn it easily.
