About Leah

I have been teaching Mathematics for over seven years, specializing in guiding high school students through the challenges of IB and A-Level exams. With a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics, I bring both academic rigor and practical strategies to every lesson. My approach centers on building conceptual clarity, ensuring students don’t just memorize formulas but truly understand the logic behind them. I encourage diverse problem-solving methods so learners can choose approaches that best suit their thinking style. Past paper practice is an essential part of my sessions, helping students become familiar with exam formats and time management. Algebra, Geometry, and Statistics are my strongest areas, and I enjoy showing students how these topics connect to real-world situations. About the lesson

Parents are supported in understanding their child’s learning journey, and I work closely with them to encourage progress. I create a safe space where questions are welcomed and mistakes are celebrated as growth. Learners are also invited to bring their gaming spirit into math, turning challenges into quests. This playful perspective helps them stay motivated. Together, we celebrate curiosity and build a deeper appreciation for mathematics. My role is to support every student in excelling and finding joy in their learning.
