About Kopika
I am a psychology student with experience tutoring elementary and middle school students in math and English. I have worked with students to help them better understand concepts, improve their skills, and feel more confident in their learning. My background in psychology helps me understand how different students learn, allowing me to adapt my teaching style to fit their needs. I focus on creating a patient, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. My goal is to make learning simple, enjoyable, and effective while helping students build strong foundations and confidence over time.

I offer patient and supportive lessons in math, English, and science for kindergarten to grade 8 students in a friendly and comfortable environment. My teaching focuses on breaking down concepts step by step so students can truly understand what they are learning, not just memorize it. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s age, pace, and learning style, helping them build confidence and feel more capable over time. In our first lesson, I take time to understand the student’s level, challenges, and goals so I can tailor my approach right away. My goal is to create a positive learning experience where students feel comfortable asking questions, improving steadily, and developing strong foundational skills.
