About Rich
I've always been interested in math and science, and love helping people understand new concepts. It's extremely rewarding when I've helped someone 'get' a new concept. We'll work together to teach you new concepts and practice familiar ones. I want to hear what's not working for you so I can clear up any confusion.

I work with each student to determine their needs. I make sure the fundamentals are sound, so they are building new concepts on solid ground. I help the student understand the material, rather than merely memorizing some tricks for specific situations.
My quizzing and testing are for evaluation of the student's capabilities in order to help know where they are and what they know. I welcome students' questions. Open communication is important for learning.
