About Travis
I have been an educator for the last 10 years in public, private and outdoor education settings. I believe any subject can be learned best when individual connections are made to the subject matter. In order to do this I see all individual interests as a possible platform to deepen understanding. If your student loves cooking. We can talk about math through the lens of a chef. If your student loves sports, we can talk about math through the lens of sports. Rest assured, we will interact with any assignment your student brings to me, but we will supplement your students learning journey through fun and interactive activities that are tailored to your student's individual needs.

My approach to teaching math is based on the understanding that not only is it the basis for all engineering but it is an art and a language as well.
