About Sienna
For 11 years, I’ve helped middle school students move from math confusion to clarity. My background in Mathematics for Data Science gives me a strong foundation for teaching algebra in a clear, structured way. I specialise in linear equations, polynomial expressions, and functions — topics that often trip students up early on. My goal is to make these ideas intuitive through puzzles, patterns, and real-life applications. Instead of rote learning, we focus on why math works the way it does. Every student learns differently, and I adapt my lessons to suit visual, logical, or hands-on learners. Math anxiety is something I take seriously; I know how it can block progress. That’s why I build a supportive, low-pressure environment where students feel safe to try and learn. Over time, confidence grows naturally.
