About Declan
My name is Declan and I am currently studying robotic and mechatronic engineering at Monash University. I chose to tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping students grow in confidence and ability over time. Seeing students progress, understand concepts they once struggled with, and achieve results they did not think were possible is what motivates me the most. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge in a way that is clear, supportive, and encouraging, and I aim to inspire students to believe in their own potential while giving them the tools to succeed.

I have a 98.35 ATAR and multiple years of tutoring experience helping students achieve their best in VCE. I tutor VCE math Methods, Year 7-10 math, and primary school math. I understand what high-performing study looks like and how to teach it in a way that actually makes sense. My lessons are structured, clear, and tailored to each student’s strengths and weaknesses so learning feels manageable rather than overwhelming. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simple steps, building confidence, and helping students develop effective study skills. My goal is to support students in reaching results they are proud of while making learning feel achievable and stress-free.
