About Christopher
I am currently a sophomore enrolled at Miami University in Oxford, and am working towards a BA in both Math and Physics. I have previous experience tutoring during high school, and being that I am still a student myself, am able to communicate in a way that a student can understand. I'm passionate about all of mathematics, and have excelled in every math class from elementary level to college. Subjects I've covered include arithmetic, geometry, algebra, pre-calculus, calculus, multi-variable calculus, linear algebra, and differential equations.

My methodology towards teaching is that by truly understanding the topic at hand, being prepared for the tests and quizzes will come naturally. While cramming right beforehand may seem to work on simple subjects, you can never hope to do well on later topics without a thorough understanding of steps it takes to get there. Memorization never worked well for me, but by going the extra mile to really understand what was being taught, I was able to excel in my math courses throughout grade school and beyond. I hope to share that same level of comprehension with my students.
