韋胜在我校毕业后，凭借自身的努力与卓越表现，成功获得奖学金前往新加坡深造。这不仅是他个人能力的肯定，也为学弟学妹们树立了一个非常优秀的榜样。
多年来，韋胜始终心系母校，几乎每一年年尾回到槟城时，都会主动回到学校，与学弟们分享他在求学与实践过程中所累积的宝贵知识与经验，展现了难能可贵的回馈精神。
今年恰逢他在槟城停留较长时间，我便邀请他回校担任教练。事实证明，这是一个非常正确且值得肯定的决定。韋胜在教学上准备充分，思路清晰，内容扎实。他善于规划课堂节奏，充分利用课堂上的每分每秒，引导学生高效学习，几乎没有任何时间被浪费。
他的课堂内容紧扣重点，讲解深入浅出，学生不仅能掌握多个关键知识点，更能理解其背后的思考逻辑与应用方式。每一堂课下来，学生们都反映收获良多，对学习内容有更清楚的方向与更高的学习动力。
作为顾问老师，我非常欣赏韋胜对教学的专业态度，也为他如今的成长与成就感到骄傲。
(Following his graduation from our institution, Wei Sheng secured a scholarship to pursue further studies in Singapore through his own diligence and outstanding performance. This achievement not only affirms his personal capabilities but also sets an exemplary standard for junior students.
Over the years, Wei Sheng has remained deeply committed to his alma mater. Almost every year, when he returns to Penang towards the end of the year, he proactively visits the school to share the valuable knowledge and experience he has accumulated during his studies and practical work with his younger peers, demonstrating a commendable spirit of giving back.
This year, coinciding with his extended stay in Penang, I invited him to return to the school as a tutor. This proved an exceptionally sound and commendable decision. Wei Sheng approaches teaching with thorough preparation, clear structure, and substantive content. He excels at pacing lessons, utilising every minute to guide students towards efficient learning with minimal time wasted.
His lessons focused intently on core concepts, delivered with accessible yet profound explanations. Students not only grasped multiple key points but also understood the underlying reasoning and practical applications. After each session, the students consistently reported substantial gains, emerging with clearer direction and heightened motivation towards their studies.
As his academic advisor, I greatly admire Wei Sheng's professional approach to teaching and take immense pride in his current growth and achievements.)
