About Ricky
My name is Ricky, and I'm a student of Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering at the UIB.
For the past two years, I've worked as a sports instructor with teenagers and adults. Working with young groups daily has taught me to communicate effectively, be patient, and adapt my approach to each person's level and goals.
In engineering, physics and mathematics are practical tools we use every day to understand how technology works. That's precisely what I try to convey in my classes: removing the abstract and boring aspects of formulas to reveal the real logic behind the problems.
If you're looking for someone who not only knows the subject matter but also understands how to connect with students, motivate them, and guide them step by step until the exam, I'd be happy to help.

How do I structure the classes?
Each student learns at a different pace, so I adapt the sessions to your needs at each stage of the course:
1. Quick assessment (5-10 min): We review specific questions from class, pending homework, or mistakes on previous exams to address the root of the problem.
2. Intuitive and visual explanation: No memorizing formulas. I translate abstract physics and math concepts into practical and logical examples so you understand the reasons behind things.
3. Guided problem-solving: We start by solving exercises together, identifying the method step by step and detecting typical exam mistakes.
4. Independent practice and consolidation: I propose challenges for you to solve on your own, building confidence and fluency for when you're alone taking the exam.
