About Trevor
MA student in English (I know, ironic) with massive experience teaching math ever since I worked at the Sylvan Learning Center years ago. I've been tutoring all grades of the Alberta curriculum ever since. Quadratics? No problem. Trigonometry? Handled.

I use interactive tools like Khan academy and other visual aids to make it relevant and fun. I also use Mathpower and McGraw-Hill textbooks from grades 7 up.
I also break down questions from previously released provincial achievement tests and diploma exams step by step. I actually take the time to show how the fundamental concepts work so students can work on problems by themselves as soon as possible.
