About Scott
I am a STEM major studying Medical Laboratory Science. I passed Quantitative Reasoning, College Algebra, Trigonometry, & Precalculus with an 'A' grade in each while still in high school. I have tutored these subjects for 2 years and have had amazing results! I love making sure the world of mathematics is not a scary subject, but instead something more fascinating. I have helped students ace tests. I provide plenty of practice problems. I will even help you go through your homework. My goal is to make sure that YOU are the one that understands; not simply that I can speak words to you.

I provide practice problems and frequent checks for understanding. I will go through a problem and frequently check if you understand each step by asking you to tell me what I'm doing. This allows me to see what you are struggling with and then proceed to mend the issue. I try and be laid back and make math as humorous and understandable as possible.

Details
All tutoring session (during COVID-19) will be held via Zoom or Google Meet. Students are expected to message/email/text me with the topic they need help on, pictures or files of the homework they need help on, and (if possible) the textbook and SECTION/CHAPTER the content is found in.
A minimum of 4 hours notice before the agreed upon time is required to cancel an previously scheduled class/tutoring session.
