About Cat
I have an undergraduate degree in math and physics. I also have a masters degree in biostatistics. I love using math in my career and the satisfaction of finding a solution. I taught in a charter school system as a 6th grade math and science teacher and was a lead instructor for a local chapter of Mathnasium. I value a compassionate and non-judgmental learning environment.

I can help you with a specific topic, problem, homework assignment, or any other road block to learning. I’ve taught in a classroom, small group, and 1-1, so I’ve developed many strategies and tricks to teach every type of learner. I’ve helped students learn addition, algebra, SAT prep, and college statistics. I can’t wait to see my students light-up with understanding. My focus is inspiring confidence and teaching building blocks so my students become independent learners and problem solvers.
