About Alve
I love learning myself, and I love teaching. I share my student's joy of the Eureka moment, and I also have a passion for logic, working with formal logic in my free time. My knowledge of logic enables me to know why various math formulas are true, and my pedagogical experience enables me to explain why they are true.

I use a tailored approach, but emphasize the logic behind mathematics as much as the student's specific needs and learning style permits.
I have taught students from 3rd grade till the 11th whose challenges ranged from having a lack of motivation to having a learning disability.
