About Ralph

Hi! I’m Ralph, a certified middle school math teacher and elementary teacher with over ten years of experience in both the classroom and school leadership. I’ve taught grades 6 through 8, including pre-algebra, algebra, and general math, and I also have experience teaching 6th grade across multiple subjects such as English, reading, science, and social studies.

I’ve served as an elementary principal, leading teachers, designing curriculum, and using student data to improve learning outcomes across the school. My experience as both a teacher and administrator gives me a deep understanding of how students learn and what helps them succeed.

I’m passionate about creating a supportive, engaging learning environment where students feel challenged, understood, and confident. I use real-world connections, clear explanations, and interactive methods to make lessons meaningful, and I work closely with each student to help them achieve their best.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Ralph, a certified middle school math teacher and elementary educator with over ten years of classroom and educational leadership experience. I help students build understanding, confidence, and skills that stick, especially in pre-algebra, algebra, and general math.

I focus on making lessons clear, engaging, and connected to the real world. Each session includes reviewing past material/concepts, setting a learning objective for the new learning, learning new concepts, practicing together, and applying skills independently. I use examples, visuals, and technology to make learning interactive and meaningful.

I work with students in grades 6–8 and 6th-grade multi-subject learners. My lessons are perfect for students who want to strengthen skills, improve grades, or feel more confident tackling challenging concepts. Let’s make learning fun and productive!
