About the lesson

I am a Maths tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Financial Mathematics. I specialise in guiding students to uncover the stories hidden within numbers. My teaching emphasises mathematical storytelling, helping learners understand concepts through context and narrative rather than just formulas. I have extensive experience creating compelling data visualisations. I guide students in transforming numerical data into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics that communicate complex insights clearly. My work spans students in data journalism, marketing, and research roles, helping them translate numbers into meaningful messages. Each lesson is tailored to build analytical thinking, creativity, and confidence. I focus on making mathematics both practical and engaging. I enjoy showing students how numbers can explain real-world phenomena and support informed decisions. With patience and encouragement, I help learners communicate data effectively. Every session is designed to make numbers insightful, memorable, and even fun. Seeing students discover the story behind the data is the most rewarding part of my work.
