About Jazlene
I am a high school student that has a huge interest in learning, myself and also find great joy in teaching. I like to make anything I do to be done with a positive outlook and look at struggles and tasks as a challenge. I see getting the opportunity to help another student understand their math as a true blessing. I look forward to possibly being able to help your student better understand complex topics in their math and give them that love of learning that I have for something so amazing and fascinating as math.

• Patient and encouraging approach • Clear explanations and step by step breakdown of problems not understood • Focus on building understanding, not just memorization • Flexible scheduling to fit your busy life Tutoring classes to help your student understand their new concepts in math. The first class usually consists of me learning what the student needs help with and planning what we are going to focus on in future lessons. These classes are for kindergarten students through eighth grade students. I like to do fun little math games at the end of each day, if I can, to make it a fun experience and to help it be more enjoyable.
