About Aditya
I'm a passionate educator, lifelong learner, and experienced Math tutor based in London, Ontario. I hold two postgraduate degrees—a Master’s in Information Science and an MBA in IT Management—and have consistently ranked among the top of my class throughout my academic journey. My professional career as a Solution Consultant in a global technology firm allows me to apply real-world problem-solving skills to my teaching approach. I’ve had the privilege of traveling to 11 countries, which has enriched my perspective and deepened my ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds. Teaching is more than a side passion—it's my way of giving back and helping the next generation develop strong analytical thinking, confidence, and a genuine appreciation for Math. Based in London, Ontario, I work with students from various school boards (TVDSB, LDCSB, private schools), helping them build strong mathematical foundations, confidence, and a love for learning.
My Teaching Methodology Concept First: I focus on helping students understand the why behind every math concept, not just memorizing formulas.
Structured Approach: I break down complex problems into easy, step-by-step solutions. Interactive & Engaging: I use real-life examples, visual aids, and analogies to make abstract concepts relatable. Positive Reinforcement: Encouragement, regular feedback, and growth tracking are part of every session.
A Typical Lesson Plan Includes: Warm-up & Recap (5 mins): Quick review of the previous lesson. Concept of the Day (15 mins): Introduction with examples and guided discussion. Practice Time (20 mins): Solving questions together and independently. Doubt Clearing (10 mins): Addressing confusion or mistakes constructively. Take-Home Strategy: Tips or exercises to reinforce learning between sessions.
