About Chris
I am a student at University of California, Irvine. I started tutoring since senior year of high school. I started tutoring Pre-Calculus and Pre-Calculus Honors for my school. In the past three years, I worked for different companies such as Mathnasium and still currently do private lessons. Also, I had the opportunity to tutor all levels of math from elementary to university level. I am currently on a process of obtaining my degree in both mathematics and quantitative economics.

My teaching method is gentle and not harsh. I am a patient, caring person that will not rush the process. I approach each topic by asking the students couple key questions that will help them understand the topic. Also, before moving on, I ask the students if there are any confusing and challenging concepts covered in class and any upcoming tests. If there are, I will re-teach and further expand each topic to prepare them for the following lesson and for future tests. I usually tailor the lesson to suit their own needs so that they will not stumble or be concerned.
