About Raahil
Hello! I am Raahil, a Mathematics and Computer Science student at the University of Birmingham. I studied at King Edward VI Handsworth Grammar School for Boys, where I achieved a 9 in Mathematics at GCSE, and an A in Mathematics at A-Level. I have tutored with Coachbright and MyTutor, as well as helping my younger brothers and other relatives. I enjoy Maths as I like the problem solving that takes place through the questions, and I would like to use my passion to help others to understand the subject better!

My lessons are for anyone in secondary school or college/sixth form who wishes to develop their maths skills and knowledge. My lesson structure is adaptable to the student, depending on how they learn best. Typically, it will revolve between me performing demonstrations for the students, followed by them doing an exercise to consolidate their knowledge. I will help them at each step, to ensure full understanding of the topic they wish to cover. My lessons are typically 50 minutes - 1 hour. I have experience in tutoring, not only through assisting my three younger brothers with their homework, but also through Coachbright (a social mobility charity) and MyTutor (an online platform that delivers tutoring sessions to schools).
