About Stella
My appreciation for mathematics developed through interest in patterns, logic, and structured problem-solving. This led me to complete an M.Sc in Mathematics, where I built strong analytical and conceptual skills. Over 10 years of teaching, I have supported students in rebuilding foundations and improving confidence through understanding. I value patience and clarity in teaching mathematics. Many learners struggle due to earlier gaps in knowledge, so I take time to identify and address these areas carefully. I encourage questions and independent reasoning in every lesson. Beyond teaching, I enjoy exploring mathematical models and real-world applications. Teaching mathematics is rewarding because I see learners grow from uncertainty to confidence, discovering their ability to think clearly and logically.

Mathematics becomes clearer when learners understand the reasoning behind each step rather than memorizing procedures without meaning. My lessons focus on algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics, taught through structured explanation and logical progression. I help students build strong foundations that allow them to approach problems calmly and confidently.
Lessons are tailored to the learner’s academic level. Beginners focus on number sense and algebra basics with guided support. Intermediate learners strengthen skills in equations, graphs, probability, and multi-step problems. Advanced learners work on calculus concepts, applications, and exam preparation. Each lesson includes practice, feedback, and error analysis.
Mathematics lessons also build patience, focus, and analytical thinking. As learners gain clarity, they become more confident tackling unfamiliar problems. My goal is to help students replace anxiety with understanding and develop long-term confidence in their mathematical abilities.
