About Zara
My fascination with mathematics began in my early education, driven by curiosity about patterns, logical structures, and problem-solving strategies. This led me to pursue a B.Sc in Mathematics and an M.Sc in Applied Statistics, providing a strong foundation in both theoretical and applied mathematical techniques. Over 10 years, I have worked with students across various levels, helping them understand complex concepts, build problem-solving skills, and gain confidence in their mathematical abilities.
I emphasize a supportive, patient, and adaptable teaching style. Lessons are designed to match individual learning preferences, ensuring students can grasp abstract ideas and apply them effectively. I integrate exercises, real-life examples, and step-by-step guidance to reinforce comprehension, skill development, and independent thinking.
Outside the classroom, I remain engaged with mathematical research, applied analytics, and problem-solving challenges, which informs and enriches my teaching. Watching learners progress from hesitation to mastery, develop confidence, and cultivate analytical thinking continues to inspire my work and drive my passion for mathematics education.
