About Ivy
My fascination with mathematics began early, driven by a love of patterns, logic, and abstract problem solving. I pursued an M.Sc in Applied Mathematics to deepen my theoretical knowledge and understanding of complex mathematical systems. Over the past 11 years, I have guided students of diverse skill levels, helping them develop clarity, critical reasoning, and genuine confidence in their abilities, turning mathematical challenges into engaging opportunities for growth.
I focus on patient, individualized teaching that emphasizes understanding rather than memorization. I break complex problems into manageable steps, provide illustrative examples, encourage exploration, and foster independent thinking. My approach ensures that students internalize concepts, develop strategic problem-solving skills, and feel supported throughout their learning journey.
