About Tessa
I have a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and 12 years of teaching experience. My passion for Mathematics started early, and over time it grew into a strong interest in teaching and helping others understand the subject. I have worked with students at different levels and helped them overcome their challenges.
My teaching style focuses on clear explanations, patience, and structured learning. I break down complex problems into simple steps so students can understand them easily. I encourage questions and create a positive environment where students feel comfortable learning and improving.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy solving mathematical problems and exploring new approaches to learning. Teaching Math is rewarding because I see students gain confidence and improve their skills. Helping them achieve success and develop strong problem-solving abilities motivates me every day.

Mathematics becomes easier when students understand the logic behind each concept rather than memorizing formulas. My lessons focus on building strong foundations in algebra, geometry, and calculus through clear explanations and structured practice. I guide students step by step so they can understand how to approach problems and develop confidence in solving them. Each session is designed to be supportive and interactive, encouraging students to ask questions and think independently.
I adapt lessons based on the student’s level and learning style. Beginners work on basic arithmetic and simple equations with patient guidance. Intermediate learners develop skills in algebra, geometry, and word problems. Advanced students focus on calculus, functions, and complex problem-solving techniques. Regular practice and feedback help students improve steadily and build strong understanding over time.
Math helps students develop logical thinking and problem-solving abilities that are useful in many areas. As they gain confidence, they begin to enjoy solving challenging problems. Many students feel proud when they achieve clarity in topics they once found difficult. My goal is to make Mathematics clear, engaging, and accessible so every student can succeed.
