About Daniel
I am a mathematics graduate with expertise in AI. I have mentored at a secondary school, helping both struggling and confident students, allowing them to improve meaningfully. I have always been interested in how students learn, so I took a course on secondary teaching at university. I have always been passionate about maths and computer science, so I will be pursuing a Master's in Artificial Intelligence in the coming academic year.

My tutoring approach focuses on helping the student to understand concepts intuitively. A lesson would usually last between 45-60 mins. During this time, I like to grasp the student's confidence level at the start, and observe how they progress with the topic, providing helpful examples and exercises depending on the student's need. Having mentored at a school, I am confident in tutoring across all levels of the GCSE and A-level maths curriculum, with experience in introducing students to programming languages such as Python and HTML.
