About Alicia

Since I am a education student, I have experience with student teaching in elementary and in middle school, although I am willing to teach till high school as well. I am apart of the Uteach program that helps educations learn how to teach math and science in new ways that help students understand math in a less complex manner.

About the lesson

To teach is not to just lecture, but to facilitate learning in the classroom. My philosophy is that teaching is not just trying to get students to learn information, but to believe in the information and adapt it to their way of understanding the world.
